Lauren Bell (BSc, PGDip, PGCert, EMDR)
Clinical Director/ Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherpist

Lauren Bell is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor with over 13 years experience in mental health care. Lauren has a passion for mental health and believes that educating people about mental health is the secret to better mental health for all.
In recent years she has undertaken a number of projects alongside providing 1-1 therapy. These include working alongside BBC radio, hosting webinars and publishing mental health articles for regional newspapers.
As well as being qualified in CBT, Lauren is also a Clinical Supervisor, Long Term Conditions Specialist and EMDR Therapist.

Her hard work was proudly been recognised recently when she won The Yorkshire Prestige award for Psychotherapy Specialist of The Year 2021.

Jonny Buchanan
Sales Director/ Lived Experience Advisor

Jonny worked on the frontline of emergency services for over 11 years and in this time dealt with a range of traumatic incidents and people experiencing a range of mental health problems. This lead to him being proudly honored with a bravery award in 2020 for saving the life of a person suffering with mental health difficulties whilst he was at work.
As well as his occupational experience of mental health , Jonny has suffered with his own mental health difficulties and has engaged in talking therapies such as CBT and Counselling. His lived experience of mental health, combined with his professional knowledge, make him an excellent and engaging facilitator who can relate to people from all walks of life.
Jonny believes in helping to destigmatize and de-shame mental health through education, normalisation and support.

Sheena Rydings (BSc, PGDip, PGCert)
Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist

Sheena has worked in the mental health service since 2008 and has been working as a CBT practitioner since 2013.
Sheena has a huge passion in helping people suffering from long term health conditions and is a specialist in this field. She helps people suffering from a range of health problems, including chronic pain and terminal illness.

Briony Seed
Briony is a qualified MBACP counsellor, having worked in the private & charity sector. she is also a Lecturer of Counselling at Macclesfield College.
Being an integrative counsellor trained in different therapeutic approaches (person centred, Transactional analysis, Act), Briony works intuitively to tailor sessions to a clients unique needs and life.
She has vast experience working with a range of problems, including but not limited to; anxiety; depression; self-esteem; relationship issues and grief.
